The homes will be reached just off Sherwood Way, a minute’s drive from the A60.

Although benefitting from the semi-rural surroundings of the Nottinghamshire countryside, Berry Hill Lea is well connected to both the nearby town of Mansfield as well as the city of Nottingham by public transport.

Cauldwell Road bus stop is just a four-minute walk away, providing regular routes through to Nottingham. Lindurst Way West bus stop is within the Berry Hill development and offers shuttles through to Mansfield town centre in 13 minutes.

East Midlands Airport is a 37-minute drive away, while Leeds Bradford Airport, Birmingham Airport, and Manchester Airport are all within a two-hour drive of the development for a large selection of destinations.

The Berry Hill development will include a number of shops within the community, as well as a health centre and petrol station. Because of this, everyday amenities are within easy walking distance, while there is a choice of larger supermarkets within three surrounding miles.
