When buying a new Bellway house compared to an older home you will save the following:
A Bellway house with an EPC rating of B or above could save you £2,200 a year, or £183 a month on your energy bills, when compared with an older home.**

As well as our mortgage incentive, when reserving your new Bellway home, there’s no stamp duty to pay on any property under £250,000, and for first-time buyers the threshold is even higher.
Although Help to Buy has ended, as a first-time buyer in England, you benefit from stamp duty relief. First-time buyers do not pay stamp duty on any property priced up to £425,000.
